Thankful Journey

The very name of the holiday begs us to take a moment to stop and be Thankful, but it is often overshadowed by our desire to prepare the perfect family meal or to snag that early Christmas deal at our favorite store.  The bible reminds us not just to be thankful for all the blessing that we’ve enjoyed, but to also be thankful for struggles in our lives that seem to sometimes open our eyes to the Grace of God better than the good times.  What are you thankful for today?

Psalm 107: 4 – 15

I am so very thankful for my loving family! I have been sick for almost a week now so I was not able to join them for Thanksgiving Dinner but my Awesome Niece, Linda, and her hubby, Len, made sure that Bruce and I had our portion of that wonderful meal and it was such a blessing for us!! God is great!!
